If you or your student needs an updated physical, please schedule those NOW before the athletic season starts! Physicals before 4-01-2022 are expired for the 2023-2024 school year and will need to be updated. If you have any questions or would like to know if your physical is out of date, please email Mrs. Cottrell at cottrellm@fortschools.org. 

Online athletic registration is to gain emergency contact information, sign waivers, and accept the athletic handbook on student-athletes for an entire school year. We use a good portion of the information collected for our emergency contact binders shared with our school nurse and head coaches. When a student leaves our campus, our staff members have information readily available in case of an emergency. In which case, if you registered your student in the fall, you would not have to register them again for the winter or spring season sport. Please do not create a second or third account to register your student more than once per year, this process only needs to be complete once in any given school year.

Athletic payments can be made online through your PowerSchool account or in the MS/HS Main Office via cash/check.
